Accepting yourself and having a good outlook on yourself are also vital to your mental health. Mental wellness is achieved through being conscious of one’s thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Mental health facilitates the acquisition and development of new abilities. The development of skills, attitudes, and knowledge facilitates personal growth. Self-confidence, self-awareness, and self-perception are increased by education.

Social Health

Social Health covers our interpersonal interactions. Including family, friends, peers, and the workplace. Social health examines an individual’s interactions with the people in their environment.
